This draft explains the information used by Ipswich Street Finds. It should receive appropriate review before public launch.

Information you provide

We store an account email and optional display name, the business details supplied by listing owners, and the captions, photos, selected vendors and locations supplied with Street Snaps.

Location and visibility

A vendor's current location is shared publicly only after an authorized vendor confirms it. An upcoming stop may be displayed as a planned location. A published Street Snap shows the location its author provided.

Storage and service providers

Account email links and contact messages are sent using the configured email delivery service. Map search/geocoding uses the configured map service. App photographs are stored in project image storage. These providers receive only the information necessary to deliver their respective features.

Cookies, moderation and controls

The site uses a signed session cookie and an anti-forgery token to protect account actions. Business listings are reviewed before publication; community photos can be reported and moderated. You can remove your own Street Snaps in the dashboard. Contact the team to request help with account or listing information.
